Peak your performance:

TRIM® clean-running synthetics contain little to no oil. The more lubricious synthetics contain extreme-pressure additives, or wetting agents, for increased cooling capability. Hard-water tolerant and with good corrosion protection, synthetics leave very low residue for easy cleaning. And with extremely low carryoff, synthetics translate to lower operational costs.

Synthetics are an excellent choice for running steel and cast iron, copper alloys, plastics, and composites in high-speed turning and mini-grinding operations.

TRIM® 9106

Synthetic

TRIM<sup>®</sup> 9106

TRIM® 9106 is a clear, virtually odorless, synthetic coolant with excellent heat dissipating and corrosion inhibiting qualities. 9106 is recommended for grinding operations on cast iron, aluminum and steels. 9106 will not form ammonia when grinding cast iron. 9106 allows graphite to float, and prevents swarf from clinkering when grinding cast iron. 9106 contains no sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine or other halogens.

TRIM® C115 is a high-performance synthetic fluid for working cast iron and mild steels. State-of-the-art chemical technology provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection, and machine cleanliness while leaving a protective film on the machine tool.

TRIM® C270 is a state-of-the-art synthetic coolant. C270 provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection, and machine cleanliness, and meets the need of the modern job shop for a single premium synthetic coolant for virtually all machining operations.

TRIM® C320 is a high lubricity, low foam, synthetic coolant that approaches the "down-the-hole" machining performance of premium soluble oils. This product is exceptionally good on aluminum. Even with its very high performance, C320 meets or exceeds most stringent environmental standards.

  • Excellent extreme pressure (EP) lubricity to do many drilling, tapping, reaming, and form-grinding operations without any chlorine or sulfur-based EP additives

TRIM® C350

Premium Synthetic Metalworking Fluid

TRIM<sup>®</sup> C350

TRIM® C350 is a synthetic or chemical coolant optimized for the chemical, environmental, and machining requirements of the North American aerospace industry. C350 uses the best of the new ester technology to yield a very high performance, easy to use and maintain metal removal fluid. The combination of the proven synthetic ester technology and nonchlorinated EP package produces very high levels of usable lubricity at the point-of-cut. C350's unique chemical formula allows superior, nonferrous corrosion prevention particularly on aerospace aluminum alloys.

TRIM® CLEAR

Corrosion-inhibiting Synthetic

TRIM® CLEAR is a synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate. It works best where high-heat removal and low- working concentrations are critical. CLEAR is particularly suited for surface grinding and similar operations requiring maximum heat transfer. It is often used effectively in double disc grinders, belt grinding, and abrasive cutoff operations on ferrous materials.

  • CLEAR contains no sulfur, phosphorus, or chlorine
  • Will not form ammonia or other gases when grinding or machining cast iron
  • Settles chips and swarf rapidly and lends itself to very high flow rates in positive media filtration
  • Low mist and odor
  • Very low foam even at very high pressures and flow rates
  • Coolant residue is easily cleaned up with either water or working solution
