TRIM® GRIND WC minimizes cobalt leaching in the grinding of tungsten carbide (WC) and other high cobalt materials. Minimal cobalt leaching means increased piece part integrity, while improving "G RATIOS" and reducing grinding forces. GRIND WC is specifically designed for the carbide grinding industry; it will also perform very well in grinding ceramics, cermets, and tool steels.
TRIM® SC410 is a chlorine-free, semisynthetic coolant using vegetable-derived and ester lubricants. It runs clean in moderate-duty machining and grinding of both ferrous and nonferrous materials. In addition to its broad range of machining qualities, it has been specially optimized for machining "gray iron" castings and for surface and cylindrical grinding of ferrous materials.
TRIM® MicroSol® 456 low-foam semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant is optimised for high-volume cast iron, ferrous, and some aluminium and nonferrous metalworking operations. MicroSol 456 prevents leaching of elemental iron and eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines.

TRIM™ SC310BC is a high-oil, semichemical coolant. This product combines the cooling, rust inhibition, and wetting of a premium synthetic with the mechanical lubricity and machine "friendliness" of a soluble oil. SC310BC is well-suited for general, high-speed machining and grinding of all materials.
TRIM® E860KS is a high quality, general-purpose emulsion, which requires minimal maintenance in even the most demanding fluid management systems. It has broad application in machining and grinding on a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the tough machining and grinding jobs. It leaves a very easy to clean protective film on the work piece and machine parts to prevent corrosion on metal surfaces including the machine tool. TRIM® SC639 is a general purpose semisynthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate which provides an excellent balance between cooling and lubricity. SC639 has very good corrosion protection for both ferrous and non-ferrous metal, and can be used for a wide range of high-speed turning and grinding operations. SC639 leaves a thin layer of water soluble oil residue that provides extra protection to the machine tools parts while keeping the machine clean.
TRIM® TC 241A is a long lasting antifoam that does not contain any of the silicone or poly-siloxane ingredients usually found in antifoam. This unique formula results in much longer functional life when compared to traditional antifoams.
TRIM® E709FF is a high quality universal emulsion coolant concentrate. It has been designed for a very broad range of metals allowing its effective use in most cutting and grinding operations, which requires minimal maintenance even in the most demanding fluid management systems. TRIM® HM is a synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate. It was developed to facilitate the manufacture of cutting tools from High-Speed Steels (HSS), Chill Cast Alloys, and other high-strength, high-hardness tool materials. TRIM HM is intended for situations where high-heat removal and low working concentrations are critical. TRIM HM is particularly well suited for surface grinding and similar operations requiring maximum heat transfer. It is often used effectively in double disc grinders, belt grinding, and abrasive cutoff operations on ferrous materials.
TRIM® OM350C is a heavy duty, mineral oil based cutting oil formulated with high performance synthetic ester-based additives. It can be used for a variety of metal cutting and grinding processing, especially suitable for steel broaching. This product is also suitable for tapping, milling, and reaming processes. Also suitable for multi metal applications such as copper alloy, aluminum alloy, and heat-treated steel.
