TRIM® C270 is a state-of-the-art synthetic coolant. C270 provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection, and machine cleanliness, and meets the need of the modern job shop for a single premium synthetic coolant for virtually all machining operations.

  • Provides excellent corrosion inhibition on all common ferrous alloys
  • Does a great job in form grinding, drilling, tapping, and reaming operations without chlorine or sulphur-based EP additives

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2115AL

Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2115AL is an aluminium compatible, high performance, low foam synthetic washing compound for use in very high-pressure spray washers, de-burring, and water jet cutting. Advanced surfactant technology provides excellent foam control and tramp oil rejection.

  • Compatible with a wide range of materials including aluminium, cast iron, steels, zinc, plastics, and composites
  • Resists foaming even when contaminated with large quantities of soils or coolant. This makes CLEAN 2115AL an excellent choice where rapid buildup of coolant carryover creates a foam problem
  • Many CLEAN 2115AL applications are in the range of 3,000 to 10,000 PSI (200-700 Bar)
  • Provides short term corrosion inhibition on cast iron and ferrous alloys

High Performance Machining Emulsion

TRIM® E950 is a proprietary blend of new vegetable-based technology and premium traditional lubricity additives to yield a very high performance, low management metal removal fluid. This premium emulsion product is operator friendly because of its mild contact nature and low chemical initial-charge odour. TRIM E950 is robust enough to deliver extended useful life and avoid rancid odours normally associated with traditional emulsions. The unparalleled lubricity delivers exceptional surface finish and tool life on difficult to machine aluminium alloys, inconel, titanium, stainless and high tensile strength steels.

TRIM® MicroSol® 585XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM® coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585XT has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.
