Master STAGES™ CLEAN 2115AL is an aluminium compatible, high performance, low foam synthetic washing compound for use in very high-pressure spray washers, de-burring, and water jet cutting. Advanced surfactant technology provides excellent foam control and tramp oil rejection.

  • Compatible with a wide range of materials including aluminium, cast iron, steels, zinc, plastics, and composites
  • Resists foaming even when contaminated with large quantities of soils or coolant. This makes CLEAN 2115AL an excellent choice where rapid buildup of coolant carryover creates a foam problem

High performance cutting oil

WEDOLiT CN 3370-21 is a low viscous, high performance cutting oil based on the latest gas to liquid (GTL) technology. The product is suitable for deep hole drilling of steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The product is also suitable for general cutting operations as well as for gear hobbing.

High performance oil

WEDOLiT CN 6850-26 is a medium viscous high-performance oil for machining steel, stainless steel, cast iron, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. By using this oil, various processes can be avoided such as separate production lines for machining different materials and the preliminary cleaning of non-ferrous metals. The product can be applied undiluted by spraying, flooding or means of rollers.
