TRIM<sup>®</sup> C350

TRIM® C350 is a synthetic metalworking fluid optimised for the chemical, environmental, and machining requirements of the aerospace industry. The combination of the proven synthetic polymer technology and nonchlorinated EP package produces very high levels of usable lubricity at the point-of-cut. TRIM® E715

Multi-metal Machining Emulsion

TRIM® E715 is a high quality, universal soluble oil which requires minimal maintenance in even the most demanding fluid management systems. It has broad application in machining and grinding on a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the medium to high duty machining and grinding jobs. TRIM® E806

Magnesium and multi-metal machining emulsion

TRIM® E806 is a truly unique metalworking fluid emulsion concentrate with unparalleled metal compatibility and all round machining performance characteristics. The product is primarily designed for machining magnesium alloys used in the aerospace, automotive and general industry sectors. TRIM E806 does not tarnish the most sensitive magnesium alloys even after relatively long exposure times plus it is impervious to magnesium salt build-up in the sump - something which splits normal emulsions in a matter of days. Another problem with magnesium machining, hydrogen gas evolution, is virtually nil with TRIM E806. The product also has the lubricity and extreme pressure performance to machine other alloys commonly seen in the aerospace industry such as wrought aluminiums, stainless steels, inconel® and titanium.

Water-miscible forming lubricant

WEDOLiT FW 9200 is an ester-based, water-miscible forming lubricant, which can be universally applied in forming (especially drawing) processes of brass and non-ferrous metals.

The application concentration depends on the level of difficulty of the forming operations and has to be determined in preliminary tests. Concentrations of 10 - 15% are usually recommended.

Cutting and Grinding Fluid Concentrate

TRIM® MicroSol® 515 is a medium to high lubrication, semi-synthetic microemulsion coolant. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you would expect from a premium TRIM® coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding cast iron it does very well in mixed metal situations and is a proven performer when machining aluminium, inconel and titanium alloys.

Whilst it is particularly suited to machining and grinding cast iron and steel, it does very well in mixed metal situations and is a proven performer on aluminium alloys, stainless steels and titanium.
