TRIM® C350 is a synthetic metalworking fluid optimised for the chemical, environmental, and machining requirements of the aerospace industry. C350 uses the best polymer technology to yield a very high performance, easy to use and maintain metal removal fluid. The combination of the proven synthetic polymer technology and nonchlorinated EP package produces very high levels of usable lubricity at the point-of-cut. TRIM® E850 is a proprietary blend of new vegetable-based technology and premium traditional lubricity additives to yield a very high performance, low management metal removal fluid. This premium emulsion product is robust enough to deliver extended useful life and avoid rancid odours normally associated with traditional emulsions. The optimised lubricity and extreme pressure package delivers exceptional surface finish and tool life on difficult to machine aluminium alloys, inconel, titanium, stainless and high tensile strength steels.

This premium emulsion product is robust enough to deliver unparalleled tool life in some of the most difficult metal cutting operations whilst still providing the excellent non-cutting characteristics normally associated with traditional, high quality emulsions from Master Fluid Solutions. Special forming oil

WEDOLiT FN 8471 is a chlorine free, pasty, water-insoluble lubricant for cold forming processes (e.g. pilgering) of high alloyed steels. The product is usually applied by brushes or by means of rollers.

Evaporating forming oil

WEDOLiT FS 3310 is a low viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for stamping and bending operations of steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The undiluted product is usually applied by spraying, flooding, brushing, or rolling.

  • Good spreading behaviour which leads to a uniform wetting of the metal surface

WEDOLiT FW 3500 is a high-pressure agent for hydroforming-processes such as internal and external high pressure forming of steel plates, with different surface qualities and thicknesses. The product can also be applied in different grinding and cooling operations.

WEDOLiT FW 7840

Water-miscible, semisynthetic coolant

WEDOLiT FW 7840 is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration from 7%).

The product is approved by Daimler Chrysler (QSO 040305) under the name WEDOLiT K 911.

  • Due to its thermal stability, the product can be used in the whole production line (forming, welding, calibration, sawing)

TRIM® MicroSol 530 is an environmentally-friendly semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant formulated especially for the machining of aluminium alloys. It utilises the newest technology to provide long-life and excellent protection of sensitive alloys. The outstanding lubrication properties of MicroSol 530 provide surface finish levels on aluminium components normally only seen with very high oil containing milky emulsions. Unlike those emulsions, MicroSol 530 is very clean running and keeps machine tools clear of unsightly residue build-up as well as reducing concentrate consumption.

It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM® coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585XT has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.
