With superior mechanical lubricity and a higher oil content, TRIM® emulsions provide a greater boundary layer between the tool and the material. Emulsions are ideal for lower, less than 600 SFPM, applications such as broaching, reaming, deep hole drilling, form and slab milling, centerless grinding, and climb milling.

Emulsions work well for machining yellow metals, copper, brass, bronze,alloy steels, cast alloys, and tough-tomachine Inconel® and exotics.

TRIM SOL™ sf

TRIM™ SOL SF is a very high lubricity soluble oil which is suitable for machining and grinding a broad range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the tough machining of difficult materials such as stainless steel, inconel and titanium.

TRIM® E701

Cutting and Grinding Fluid Concentrate

TRIM® E701 is a high quality soluble oil designed primarily for the machining and grinding of yellow metals.

  • Very stable formula provides long operational life with consistent performance.
  • E701 is compatible with all ferrous and nonferrous materials but is specifically designed for "free machining" yellow metals.
  • Will not form the sticky, water insoluble residues commonly seen when machining yellow metals.
  • Will not stain or darken brass or other yellow metal alloys.
  • Fine particle size emulsion reduces carryoff and facilitates getting the fluid to the point of cut.
  • E701 provides sufficient mechanical lubricity to run well in older swiss style machines as well as in modern high speed CNC machines.
  • E701 rejects tramp oil to extend sump life.
  • Protects machine and tool surfaces while also preventing sticky ways, chucks, tool holders and fixtures.

TRIM® E715

Multi-metal Machining Emulsion

TRIM® E715 is a high quality, universal soluble oil which requires minimal maintenance in even the most demanding fluid management systems. It has broad application in machining and grinding on a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the medium to high duty machining and grinding jobs. The stable and predictable performance of TRIM® E715 makes it a first choice for high-quality, consistent parts manufacturing.

Amine Free Machining & Grinding Emulsion

TRIM® E720 is a high quality, universal soluble oil with a broad application range in machining and grinding of a wide range of materials. The high levels of both chemical and mechanical lubricity in this product handle the medium to heavy duty machining jobs on aluminium and stainless steel. The inhibitor package in TRIM E720 also makes it particularly suited to the machining of copper alloys without component staining or unsightly machine residues. The stable and predictable performance of TRIM E720 makes it a first choice for high-quality, consistent parts manufacturing.

TRIM® E806

Magnesium and multi-metal machining emulsion

TRIM® E806 is a truly unique metalworking fluid emulsion concentrate with unparalleled metal compatibility and all round machining performance characteristics. The product is primarily designed for machining magnesium alloys used in the aerospace, automotive and general industry sectors. TRIM E806 does not tarnish the most sensitive magnesium alloys even after relatively long exposure times plus it is impervious to magnesium salt build-up in the sump - something which splits normal emulsions in a matter of days. Another problem with magnesium machining, hydrogen gas evolution, is virtually nil with TRIM E806. The product also has the lubricity and extreme pressure performance to machine other alloys commonly seen in the aerospace industry such as wrought aluminiums, stainless steels, inconel® and titanium.
