TRIM® C360

Cutting and Grinding Fluid Concentrate

TRIM® C360 is a very low foam, high lubricity, high EP synthetic coolant that approaches the "down-the-hole" machining performance of premium soluble oils. TRIM C360 has been formulated especially for applications where maximum performance is required in machine tools which both machine and grind hard aerospace alloys in the same cycle. Due to its synthetic formula, TRIM C360 has exceptional tramp oil rejecting properties and is highly filterable through even the finest of filtration devices. This, coupled to a superb antimicrobial package, ensures prolonged sump life even in the harshest of machine shop environments.

TRIM® E923

Cutting and Grinding Fluid Concentrate

TRIM® E923 is a proprietary blend of new vegetable-based technology and very high levels of chlorine free extreme pressure (EP) additives to yield an extreme performance, low management metal removal fluid. This premium emulsion product is robust enough to deliver unparalleled tool life in some of the most difficult metal cutting operations whilst still providing the excellent non-cutting characteristics normally associated with traditional, high quality emulsions from Master Fluid Solutions'. The optimised lubricity and extreme pressure package matches heavy duty neat oils on difficult to machine materials such as inconel, titanium, stainless steel and high tensile strength steels.

TRIM® E806

Magnesium and multi-metal machining emulsion

TRIM® E806 is a truly unique metalworking fluid emulsion concentrate with unparalleled metal compatibility and all round machining performance characteristics. The product is primarily designed for machining magnesium alloys used in the aerospace, automotive and general industry sectors. TRIM E806 does not tarnish the most sensitive magnesium alloys even after relatively long exposure times plus it is impervious to magnesium salt build-up in the sump - something which splits normal emulsions in a matter of days. Another problem with magnesium machining, hydrogen gas evolution, is virtually nil with TRIM E806. The product also has the lubricity and extreme pressure performance to machine other alloys commonly seen in the aerospace industry such as wrought aluminiums, stainless steels, inconel® and titanium.

TRIM® C116

Low-foam synthetic

TRIM® C116 is a high-performance synthetic fluid for working cast iron and mild steels. State-of the-art technologies provide excellent cooling and chip settling, very low foam, good tramp oil rejection and machine cleanliness while leaving a protective film on the machine tool.

TRIM® C274

High-performance low-foam synthetic

TRIM® C274 is a high-performance synthetic fluid for working cast iron and steel alloys as well as corrosion resistant alloys such as inconel and titanium. TRIM C274 is ideally suited to situations where high coolant velocities or volumes are necessary to achieve maximum productivity. TRIM C274 is designed to have the superior cooling and chip settling characteristics of a premium synthetic product with the improved residues and mechanical lubricity of a semi-synthetic coolant. This product utilises an extremely effective and proprietary non-chlorine, non-sulphur extreme pressure additive for good tool life and improved surface finishes.

TRIM® SC622

High-lubricity, Premium Semisynthetic

TRIM® SC622 is a revolutionary coolant concentrate specifically formulated for machining and grinding of ferrous alloys, nickel alloys, titanium and aluminium. This unique formulation utilises synthetic additives instead of traditional mineral oil and fatty lubricants resulting in very high levels of lubrication only generally seen with high mineral oil emulsion products. Unlike these emulsion products, TRIM SC622 working solution is translucent in appearance thus ensuring very clean machine tools, very low top up rates and good operator acceptance. These attributes, coupled to excellent tramp oil rejection and biostability, make TRIM SC622 a highly cost effective alternative to traditional milky emulsions.

TRIM® OG225

Medium to Heavy Duty Neat Grinding Oil

TRIM<sup>®</sup> OG225

TRIM® OG225 is a medium to heavy-duty neat oil designed for use in grinding operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels, stainless steels, inconels and titanium. A carefully selected extreme pressure/anti-wear package together with great detergency ensures TRIM OG225 provides very high stock removal rates in flute grinding without burning. It is also formulated to comply with aerospace regulations, i.e. no chlorine and no active sulphur additives. TRIM OG225 can also be used to machine all materials, including yellow metals, in high pressure applications where low oil mist is advantageous.

TRIM® OE330 NS

Vegetable Ester Based Cutting Oil

TRIM<sup>®</sup> OE330 NS

TRIM® OE330 NS is a very heavy-duty neat cutting oil formulated using renewable vegetable esters. TRIM OE330 NS is designed for use in very tough machining operations of hardened steel alloys, tool steels and corrosion resistant steel alloys. TRIM OE330 NS is especially effective in slow speed machining operations such as gear hobbing and broaching. The product can also be used to replace the dark, high odour neat oils used in Sunnen honing machines.

TRIM® SC415 bd

Low Foaming Semisynthetic Fluid

TRIM® SC415 bd is a lower foam, semisynthetic coolant specifically formulated for machining and grinding of cast iron and steel. This unique formulation ensures low levels of foam not generally seen with other semisynthetic products especially in soft water areas. This clean running formulation also prevents the loading of grinding wheels, ensuring good surface finishes and minimal burning.

  • A very versatile product that works well in a wide range of operations such as grinding, milling, turning, drilling, and tapping.
  • Extremely good product for cast iron and steel machining and grinding.

TRIM® OG107

Carbide Tool Grinding Oil

TRIM® OG107 is a high specification grinding oil formulated for carbide and HSS tool grinding operations. The product utilises a very highly refined hydrocracked base oil which ensures very low levels of mist and high flash point. TRIM OG107 has been formulated to provide excellent wheel flushing properties together with good friction reduction and workpiece cooling.

Premium Microemulsion

TRIM® MicroSol® 519 is a medium to high lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM® coolant. Whilst it is particularly suited to machining and grinding cast iron and steel, it does very well in mixed metal situations and is a proven performer on aluminium alloys, stainless steels and titanium.
