A Houston, TX high-volume facility cutting high-nickel-alloy stainless and carbon steel was getting less than desired sump life and low run speeds. Their existing coolant was tested against two other brands, one being TRIM SC620. The operator was impressed with how clean the machines were with the SC620. Within just three weeks, results were dramatic, running "full load" they had used a mere 1.5 gallons of SC620 concentrate in the 120-gallon sump with no coolant in the chip hoppers and skimmers, as was the case with the others.
