Chlorinated Lubricity Additive

TRIM<sup>®</sup> TC 175 - 2 quart tip"N" measure<sup>®</sup>

Application Guidelines

  • This product should be premixed and then added directly to the working solution.
  • Depending on the situation, add rates of between 1%-5% (10,000 ppm – 50,000 ppm) are common.
  • TC 175 may be used “neat” as a water-washable tapping compound for aluminum.
  • TC 175 will provide both EP anti-weld lubrication and dynamic lubrication to improve machining performance.
  • The addition of TC 175 may result in increased foam and may cause clear products to become somewhat cloudy.
