WEDOLiT FS 3310

Solvent base for tube bending and straightening

Description

WEDOLiT FS 3310 is a low viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for stamping and bending operations of steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals. The undiluted product is usually applied by spraying, flooding, brushing, or rolling.

Good spreading behaviour which leads to a uniform wetting of the metal surface
Stable load carrying capacity and a homogenous sliding behaviour
Reduces friction and wear and thus contributes to a long tool life
Leads to clean surfaces and contributes to dimensional accuracy
If the product is finely dispersed, it evaporates after a short time without leaving any residues and therefore, an additional cleaning step is not necessary
It is easily removable with organic solvents or alkaline industrial cleaners
