TRIM™ 9106

Synthetic

TRIM™ 9106

TRIM 9106 is a clear, virtually odorless, synthetic coolant with excellent heat dissipating and corrosion inhibiting qualities. Recommended for grinding operations on cast iron, aluminum, and steels. Will not form ammonia when grinding cast iron and allows graphite to float and prevents swarf from clinkering when grinding cast iron. Contains no sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine, or other halogens.

TRIM C115 is a high-performance, synthetic fluid for working cast iron and mild steels. State-of-the-art chemical technology provides excellent cooling and chip settling, good tramp oil rejection, and machine cleanliness while leaving a protective film on the machine tool.

TRIM C276 is a synthetic coolant that meets the needs of the most modern and demanding manufacturers. C276 makes use of the latest synthetic coolant formulation and specially synthesized oil to produce a versatile product that is clean running, has great sump life, and is kind to both machines and operators. This product will perform well in centerless and cylindrical form grinding as well as on high-speed, single-point turning, and down-the-hole work on vertical and horizontal machining centers.

TRIM™ C350

TRIM C350 is a synthetic metalworking fluid optimized for the chemical, environmental, and machining requirements of the North American aerospace industry. C350 uses the best of the new ester technology to yield a very high performance, easy to use and maintain metal removal fluid. The combination of the proven synthetic ester technology and nonchlorinated EP package produces very high levels of usable lubricity at the point-of-cut. C350's unique chemical formula allows superior, nonferrous corrosion prevention particularly on aerospace aluminum alloys.

TRIM™ GRIND WC

Carbide Grinding Synthetic

TRIM GRIND WC minimizes cobalt leaching in the grinding of tungsten carbide (WC) and other high cobalt materials. Minimal cobalt leaching means increased piece part integrity, while improving "G RATIOS" and reducing grinding forces. GRIND WC is specifically designed for the carbide grinding industry; it will also perform very well in grinding ceramics, cermets, and tool steels.

  • Keeps super-abrasive wheels clean while not attacking super-abrasive wheel bonding systems
  • Carries grinding swarf to the filter, but will release swarf in properly designed settling tanks
  • Is not stripped out by conventional filtration systems

TRIM™ HM

Cutting and Grinding Fluid Concentrate

TRIM HM is a synthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate. It was developed to facilitate the manufacture of cutting tools from High-Speed Steels (HSS), Chill Cast Alloys, and other high-strength, high-hardness tool materials. TRIM HM is intended for situations where high-heat removal and low working concentrations are critical. TRIM HM is particularly well suited for surface grinding and similar operations requiring maximum heat transfer. It is often used effectively in double disc grinding, belt grinding, and abrasive cutoff operations on ferrous materials.

  • Is water clear with a fluorescent green tint to facilitate the operators' view of the work piece
  • Even at very low concentrations it has extended sump life
  • Settles chips and swarf rapidly and lends itself to very high flux rates in positive media filtration
  • Low mist and odor
  • Very low foam even at very high pressures and flow rates
  • Low foaming wetting agents to keep the wheel clean and prevent wheel loading
