Description

The XYBEX System 2001 is a complete, full capability single product coolant recycling system for the medium-to-large-sized metalworking plant operating with machine tools fitted with their own coolant sumps.

Application

• The XYBEX System 2001 will provide makeup coolant and will recycle a sufficient quantity of fluid daily to support a total of up to 15,000 U.S. gallons (56,700 liters) of coolant or more in the machines

• 300 gallon (1140 liters) dirty coolant holding tank
• 450 gallon (1700 liters) clean coolant holding tank
• UNIMIX™ automatic coolant proportioning pump
• High-speed, disc-bowl, liquid-from-liquid centrifuge to clean coolant to less than 0.5% emulsified tramp oil and 2-5 microns of particulate matter
• Pre-filter for solids removal prior to centrifugation
• Self-priming pump for dirty coolant feed to the prefilter and centrifuge
• Automatic operation
