TRIM® C390 is a high performance aerospace synthetic coolant customized for the machining of composites for the global aerospace industry. TRIM® MicroSol® 485 is a long life semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant designed for ferrous metalworking operations and optimized for difficult working environments associated with cast iron. MicroSol 485 prevents leaching of elemental iron and thus eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines. Formula delivers extended sump life versus previous generation semisynthetics. TRIM® MicroSol® 585XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM® coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. TRIM® OM 303

Nonchlorinated Cutting and Lubricating Oil

TRIM<sup>®</sup> OM 303

TRIM® OM 303 is a highly formulated straight oil designed for use in conventional and Swiss style screw machines, high-speed turning centers, and high-performance, multi-station machines, such as Hydromats. OM 303 is safe for use on aluminum alloy and steel alloy parts, as well as cast iron, copper, brass, and bronze. This product is excellent for high-pressure applications such as thread rolling and thread-form tapping. OM 303 has proven itself in difficult operations on stainless and bearing steels. OM 303 provides lubrication properties similar to ISO 32 general-purpose lube oils.

TRIM<sup>®</sup> SC520

TRIM® SC520 is a low-odor, value-priced semisynthetic. SC520 is a general-purpose, cutting and grinding fluid concentrate for the multi-material, multi-operational shop. SC520 uses a proven EP-additive package to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and has the wetting and cooling characteristics necessary for superior machining results on high-speed milling and turning operations. It also controls chip welding on soft, gummy materials like aluminum.

  • Good sump life in "stand-alone" machines
  • Low odor and mist
  • Effective in most grinding, sawing, drilling, and CNC turning and milling operations by varying concentrations
