TRIM® C390 is a high performance aerospace synthetic coolant customized for the machining of composites for the global aerospace industry. C390 uses a proprietary synthetic lubricant technology to provide the lubricity of soluble oil without the oily residue. This formula is extremely low foaming in all types of environments including chilled systems with a minimum temperature of 60˚F.

TRIM® E923 is a proprietary blend of new vegetable-based technology and very high levels of chlorine-free extreme-pressure (EP) additives to yield an extreme performance, low management metal removal fluid. This premium emulsion product is robust enough to deliver unparalleled tool life in some of the most difficult metal cutting operations while still providing the excellent non-cutting characteristics normally associated with traditional, high-quality emulsions from Master Fluid Solutions. The extreme lubricity and extreme pressure package matches heavy-duty neat oils on difficult-to-machine materials such as Inconel®, titanium, stainless steel, and high tensile strength steels.
WEDOLiT EP 1090 E is a high viscosity, highest performance, special oil, based on esters of natural origin. It is developed according to the highest technical standard for use in the pipe industry. The product has worldwide release of the expander head manufacturer SMS Meer and Fontijne Grotnes and is recommended by HAEUSLER, YSD, Mannesmann-Demag and Iprolam for the expander heads. WEDOLIT EP 1090 E is used for lubrication of sliding surfaces and guideways mechanical expander under extremely high surface pressure in the manufacture of large diameter pipes made of steel, for example, for gas and oil pipelines. WEDOLIT EP 1090 E is used undiluted for the forming process. The product is self-emulsifying and can be removed by water. The emulsion can be used for pre- and postcleaning of the pipes and to clean the expander head.
WEDOLiT EP 435 E is a highly viscous, high-performance forming oil based on renewable raw materials. The product has been developed to the highest technical standard for the utilization in the pipe industry (e.g. manufacturing of large diameter pipes, for gas and oil pipelines). The product can be used undiluted and prevents, due to the high content of polar additives, the stick-slip-effect.
WEDOLiT FN 4455-55 is a low viscous, water-insoluble lubricant for heavy forming operations of steel and non-ferrous metals. A combination of EP additives offers a outstanding performance for precision cutting operations. The undiluted product is usually applied by spraying, dipping, brushing, or rolling.
WEDOLiT FS 3910 is non-water-soluble cooling lubricant with low viscosity for punching- and bending operations on steel and zinc coated steel. The product is not applicable for the treatment of nonferrous metals.
WEDOLIT FW 3500 is a high-pressure agent for hydroforming-processes as there are IHU and AHU hydroforming of steel plates, with different surface qualities and thicknesses.
WEDOLiT FW 7651 is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel tubes. It fulfils the requirements regarding lubrication and cleanliness of the tubes and rollers as well as the corrosion protection of the tubes and the system (in a concentration of 3 - 5%).
WEDOLiT FW 7652 is applicable for the manufacturing of steel tubes on tube welding machines, as well as press water additive.
Furthermore it can also be used for zinc coated materials, whereat the formation of white
corrosion is prevented.
WEDOLiT FW 7661 is popular in the manufacture of steel tubes on tube welding engines.
With 3-5% aqueous solution, it fulfils the requirements for lubrication of the working
rollers, cleanliness of the rollers and tubes and spend corrosion protection for the tubes
and the machinery. Furthermore it can be used as additive in hydro-tester solutions to test the
tubes on leak-tightness
With its thermal stability, it can be used not only for cooling of the electrode or the coil and
impeder in high frequency welding, but also in the water cooling line for the weld seam.
The entire tube welding machine can thus be operated with a closed-circuit cooling system,
requiring no intake of other water.
WEDOLiT FW 7840 is suitable for light to medium cutting operations of steel, stainless steel and cast iron. Additionally, the product is suitable for the manufacturing of welded steel and galvanized steel tubes.
TRIM® MicroSol® 485 is a long life semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant designed for ferrous metalworking operations and optimized for difficult working environments associated with cast iron. MicroSol 485 prevents leaching of elemental iron and thus eliminates clinkering and oxidation of ferrous micro fines. Formula delivers extended sump life versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from TRIM® coolants. MicroSol 485 is value-priced and specifically designed for use on ferrous metals.
TRIM® MicroSol® 585XT is a high-lubricity, semisynthetic, microemulsion coolant. The formula delivers extended sump life and better foam control versus previous generation semisynthetics. It provides excellent cooling and mechanical lubricity, along with the machine-friendly characteristics you expect from a premium TRIM® coolant. While it is particularly well suited for machining and grinding gray iron, it does very well in mixed metal situations. MicroSol 585XT has proven to be an exceptional machining fluid for titanium alloys.

WEDOLiT N 22-3 is a thixotropic, water insoluble, deep-drawing agent. Trough a combination of polar active substances with E.P.-(Extreme-Pressure) additives it is excellent suitable for non-cutting cold shaping of uncoated C-steels, zinc- and zinc/nickel-coated and aluminated sheet steel as for aluminium and aluminium alloys.
WEDOLiT N 22-3 fulfills all requirements of all german automotive manufacturers according to VDA 230-213 and QPA VW-001, and has been approved by all VDA members.
WEDOLiT N 22-3 can be applied by spraying or by hand with a brush or by means of rollers. A filtration over a fine-meshed filter (< 50 µ) is absolute to avoid, as the thickener will be filtered out. Heating the oil of approximately of 40-50°C before application is possible, without loss of the thixotropic effect after cooling.
WEDOLiT N 22-3 acts at the same time as a corrosion protection agent. Represervation of the drawn sheet is not necessary. The film remaining on the component after drawing has good ageing stability and can be easily removed with organic solvents or water soluble, mild alkaline industrial cleaning agents, even after long storage of the components. After degreasing, phosphating treatment can be carried out without problems. WEDOLiT N 22-3 is free of insoluble pigments, such as graphite or molybdenum disulphide.
WEDOLiT N 52 is a highly additivated forming- and cutting oil for deep drawing-, extrusion-, punching- and cutting-operations. The product is not only suitable for automotive- but also for ferritic- and high-strength chromium-nickel steel. It is applied undiluted by spraying, flooding, brushing, or rolling.
Approved by Rattunde & Co as a cutting oil for minimum quantity lubrication.
TRIM® OM 100 is a straight cutting oil designed for general machining of all metals including aluminum, copper, brass, and cast iron. OM 100 provides excellent lubricity without staining nonferrous metals.
TRIM® OM 287 is a straight cutting oil designed for general machining of all metals. OM 287 has a balanced, extreme-pressure package for excellent finishes and tool life on a variety of metals.
TRIM® OM 303 is a highly formulated straight oil designed for use in conventional and Swiss style screw machines, high-speed turning centers, and high-performance, multi-station machines, such as Hydromats. OM 303 is safe for use on aluminum alloy and steel alloy parts, as well as cast iron, copper, brass, and bronze. This product is excellent for high-pressure applications such as thread rolling and thread-form tapping. OM 303 has proven itself in difficult operations on stainless and bearing steels. OM 303 provides lubrication properties similar to ISO 32 general-purpose lube oils.
TRIM® SC520 is a low-odor, value-priced semisynthetic. SC520 is a general-purpose, cutting and grinding fluid concentrate for the multi-material, multi-operational shop. SC520 uses a proven EP-additive package to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and has the wetting and cooling characteristics necessary for superior machining results on high-speed milling and turning operations. It also controls chip welding on soft, gummy materials like aluminum.
TRIM® SC620 is a high-lubricity, low-foam, low-odor, semisynthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate for high performance machining and grinding environments. SC620 uses a proprietary blend of mineral oil, EP-additives, and lubricity agents to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and deliver the finishes historically achieved using soluble oils. TRIM SOL® is a soluble oil (emulsion) coolant concentrate which is the world standard general-purpose multi-metal coolant for general machining of ferrous and nonferrous materials. It has the lubricity and "guts" necessary to do heavy-duty machining center work and still provide the wetting and cooling necessary for high-speed turning and grinding operations.
TRIM® VHP® E320 is a specialized heavy-duty chemical emulsion (or soluble oil) coolant concentrate. This product is a proven performer in heavy-duty machining, grinding, and some stamping operations. It is particularly effective in creepfeed grinding of steel and super alloys with either conventional or CBN wheels. It will run in very high-pressure situations with little- to no- foam.
