WEDOLiT EP 1090 E is a high viscosity, highest performance, special oil, based on esters of natural origin. It is developed according to the highest technical standard for use in the pipe industry. The product has worldwide release of the expander head manufacturer SMS Meer and Fontijne Grotnes and is recommended by HAEUSLER, YSD, Mannesmann-Demag and Iprolam for the expander heads.

WEDOLIT EP 1090 E is used for lubrication of sliding surfaces and guideways mechanical expander under extremely high surface pressure in the manufacture of large diameter pipes made of steel, for example, for gas and oil pipelines. WEDOLIT EP 1090 E is used undiluted for the forming process. The product is self-emulsifying and can be removed by water. WEDOLiT N 22-3 is a thixotropic, water insoluble, deep-drawing agent. Trough a combination of polar active substances with E.P.-(Extreme-Pressure) additives it is excellent suitable for non-cutting cold shaping of uncoated C-steels, zinc- and zinc/nickel-coated and aluminated sheet steel as for aluminium and aluminium alloys.

WEDOLiT N 22-3 fulfills all requirements of all german automotive manufacturers according to VDA 230-213 and QPA VW-001, and has been approved by all VDA members.

WEDOLiT N 22-3 can be applied by spraying or by hand with a brush or by means of rollers. A filtration over a fine-meshed filter (< 50 µ) is absolute to avoid, as the thickener will be filtered out. Heating the oil of approximately of 40-50°C before application is possible, without loss of the thixotropic effect after cooling.

WEDOLiT N 22-3 acts at the same time as a corrosion protection agent. Represervation of the drawn sheet is not necessary. The film remaining on the component after drawing has good ageing stability and can be easily removed with organic solvents or water soluble, mild alkaline industrial cleaning agents, even after long storage of the components. After degreasing, phosphating treatment can be carried out without problems. WEDOLiT N 22-3 is free of insoluble pigments, such as graphite or molybdenum disulphide.

OM 303 is safe for use on aluminum alloy and steel alloy parts, as well as cast iron, copper, brass, and bronze. This product is excellent for high-pressure applications such as thread rolling and thread-form tapping. OM 303 has proven itself in difficult operations on stainless and bearing steels. OM 303 provides lubrication properties similar to ISO 32 general-purpose lube oils.

      TRIM® SC520 is a low-odor, value-priced semisynthetic. SC520 is a general-purpose, cutting and grinding fluid concentrate for the multi-material, multi-operational shop. SC520 uses a proven EP-additive package to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and has the wetting and cooling characteristics necessary for superior machining results on high-speed milling and turning operations. It also controls chip welding on soft, gummy materials like aluminum.

      TRIM® SC620 is a high-lubricity, low-foam, low-odor, semisynthetic cutting and grinding fluid concentrate for high performance machining and grinding environments. SC620 uses a proprietary blend of mineral oil, EP-additives, and lubricity agents to control built-up edge, improve tool life, and deliver the finishes historically achieved using soluble oils. This unique balance of lubricity, wetting, and cooling characteristics is engineered to improve semisynthetic performance on stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and other high-end materials.

      TRIM SOL<sup>®</sup>

      TRIM SOL® is a soluble oil (emulsion) coolant concentrate which is the world standard general-purpose multi-metal coolant for general machining of ferrous and nonferrous materials. It has the lubricity and "guts" necessary to do heavy-duty machining center work and still provide the wetting and cooling necessary for high-speed turning and grinding operations.

      • Proven to be highly effective in controlling built-up edge (BUE)
      • Has a very wide application range and is often used in such diverse operations as production surface and centerless grinding, heavy-duty broaching, gear hobbing, and replacing straight oil on some types of screw machines
      • Leaves a fluid, nongumming film to prevent sticky ways, chucks, tool holders, and fixtures
      • Coolant residue is easily removed with either water, working solution, or aqueous cleaners

      Very High-pressure, High-lubricity Emulsion

      TRIM<sup>®</sup> VHP<sup>®</sup> E320

      TRIM® VHP® E320 is a specialized heavy-duty chemical emulsion (or soluble oil) coolant concentrate. This product is a proven performer in heavy-duty machining, grinding, and some stamping operations. It is particularly effective in creepfeed grinding of steel and super alloys with either conventional or CBN wheels. It will run in very high-pressure situations with little- to no- foam.

      • Compatible with a very wide range of materials, but is particularly effective on high-strength steel and super alloys
      • Low-to-no foam even in very high-pressure operations like creepfeed grinding, Ejector® drilling, and gundrilling or gunreaming
      • Superior cleaning and EP lubrication characteristics to assist in fast, deep cuts with plated CBN wheels in high-production steel grinding and slotting operations
      • Very good anti-weld properties without the use of chlorinated EP additives
      • Keeps machines very clean while leaving a soft fluid film for ease of cleaning and reduced machine maintenance costs
